Description: Conway Academy was the achievement of the Daughters of Wisdom and the Immaculate Conception parish. Instigated by Monseignor Conway, this school was built in 1928-29 near the Daughters of Wisdom Convent. From 1929 to 1948 it was called Haute École Académique (Academic High School). Demolished in 1977, it made place for Carrefour Assomption.
