Description: On September 2, 3, and 4, 1961, 190 Rovers from New Brunswick and elsewhere gathered in Edmundston, on the occasion of the 17th provincial Rover Moot. The Rovers came from Madawaska, Maine; Yarmouth and Halifax, NS; Bathurst; Saint John; Chatham and Dalhousie, NB; Québec and Montréal. They were welcomed by Roland A. Michaud, camp director, and Father Arcade LeBlanc, diocesan almoner. The activities mostly took place on Université Saint-Louis land. The photo shows a group of Rovers around the campfire.
